1. Website use

This website is operated by Little Rock Racing LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. The website and coaching application are intended for adults age 18 and older. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

2. Applications and coaching relationships

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a roster spot, or create a coach-athlete or other professional relationship. Coaching begins only after written acceptance, completion of required agreements and acknowledgments, and payment enrollment.

3. Health and safety disclaimer

Endurance training and racing involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, overexertion, falls, collisions, environmental exposure, and in rare cases serious injury or death. Website content and general communications are educational and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, emergency care, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance, accurately reporting relevant restrictions through the appropriate onboarding process, following event and facility rules, using suitable equipment, and stopping activity when symptoms or conditions make continued exercise unsafe. Call 911 or seek emergency care for a medical emergency.

4. Results

Training response and race outcomes vary. Examples, case studies, estimates, and athlete results do not promise or guarantee any particular result.

5. Pricing and recurring services

Public coaching prices are listed on the pricing page. Accepted coaching is billed as a recurring monthly service until canceled. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and failed-payment terms are disclosed before enrollment and summarized in our Cancellation + Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Little Rock Racing name, branding, site content, and original coaching materials are owned by Little Rock Racing LLC or used with permission. You may use public site content for personal, noncommercial reference but may not copy, sell, publish, or distribute it as your own.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to services operated by others, including Stripe and TrainingPeaks. Their availability, security, content, and policies are controlled by those providers.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep website information accurate and the service available, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Rock Racing LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law and separate agreements

These website terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A signed coaching agreement, payment authorization, informed-consent document, or waiver may contain additional terms and will control the coaching relationship if it conflicts with these website terms.
