Privacy policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to information collected by Little Rock Racing LLC (“Little Rock Racing,” “LRR,” “we,” or “us”) through littlerockracing.com and our coaching application. Our services and application are intended only for adults age 18 and older.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact information, location and time zone, sport and training background, goals, race plans, schedule, communication preferences, and the high-level injury or activity-limitation information you choose to provide. Our service providers may also process basic technical and security information needed to operate the website.

Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, government identification numbers, or other detailed health information through the initial application.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to assess coaching fit, respond to inquiries, onboard accepted athletes, deliver and improve coaching services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or insurance obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may share information only as reasonably needed with vendors that host or secure the website, store form submissions, process payments, support athlete communication, or deliver accepted coaching services. Stripe processes payment credentials; Little Rock Racing does not receive or store full card or bank-account numbers. After acceptance, athlete data may also be processed through services such as TrainingPeaks under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, meet legal obligations, or respond to lawful process. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Applications that do not lead to coaching are ordinarily deleted or de-identified within 12 months. Records for accepted athletes are retained while services are active and afterward only as reasonably needed for contracts, accounting, insurance, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small coaching business. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.

8. Updates and contact
