Cancellation + refund policy

1. Monthly recurring billing

Run coaching is $150 per month and triathlon or multisport coaching is $225 per month unless a different rate is stated in a signed agreement. The first payment is due when an accepted athlete completes enrollment. The selected plan then renews automatically each month on the billing date shown at checkout or in Stripe until canceled.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time by emailing coaching@littlerockracing.com. If a Stripe customer portal is provided, you may also cancel there. Include the athlete name and the email used for billing. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.

A cancellation received before the next scheduled charge stops that renewal. There is no additional advance-notice requirement, but submitting the request early helps avoid a charge already being processed.

3. When coaching ends

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and coaching access continues through that date. Canceling a grandfathered or promotional plan ends eligibility for that rate; returning athletes enroll at the then-current price unless Little Rock Racing agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Refunds

Monthly coaching fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins because roster capacity and coaching time are reserved for the athlete. We do not ordinarily issue prorated refunds for unused days, missed workouts, travel, race changes, or an athlete’s decision to stop early. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges and provide any refund required by law or a signed agreement.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment through Stripe and pause plan delivery, feedback, or communication until the account is current. An athlete remains responsible for fees validly due before cancellation.

6. Price or service changes

Little Rock Racing will provide written notice before a price change applies to a future renewal. You may cancel before the affected renewal. Material changes to recurring-payment terms will be disclosed clearly as required by law.

7. Little Rock Racing ending service

We may decline renewal or end coaching when the relationship is no longer appropriate, including for safety concerns, nonpayment, harassment, repeated failure to communicate material restrictions, or breach of a signed agreement. Any refund due will be handled under the signed agreement and applicable law.
